Reimbursement – Maximising the Profits: This 45min session looks in detail at the five elements of reimbursement, explaining the various fee’s repaid including ‘On Cost & Clawback’, we also discuss the PPA at Newcastle and how this government department operates, and most important we explore ways to maximise dispensary profitability, helping all surgery staff to appreciate how the dispensary finances are balanced (For non dispensing surgeries this session is adjusted to deal with ‘Personally Administered Items- Reimbursement Explained).

We learn how to control our thoughts and thinking instead of being controlled by them, you will discover the secret of how to come to work and stay all day even though we had a headache this morning when we got up.
